Terms of the welcome offer
The offer is open only to newly registered players and applies to the first deposit made on the account. Winnings from the free spins are uncapped and are paid to your Games Bonus balance, which carries a 10x wagering requirement. How Our Bingo Games Play
Buy your tickets between games, as many as the room allows, and once play begins the caller draws numbers through a random number generator. Matching numbers are crossed off your tickets by hand or automatically.

Chat in the room

Shared prizes and refunds
When more than one card wins, the prize is split equally between the winners. If a room's criteria are not met, for example too few players have bought tickets, the game is cancelled and every ticket is refunded in full.

Tickets bought with bonus funds add less to a progressive jackpot than tickets bought with real money. The room's prize panel shows whether a progressive jackpot is running, and some rooms also pay out to players who are one or two numbers away from a win.

Daily Cashback
For each calendar day with at least £5 in cash losses on bingo and slot games, we return 5% of those losses as cashback, capped at £100 in cashback for that day. Cash losses are your cash stakes minus your cash wins. Log in the following day and claim it in My Zone before that day ends, and it lands in your cash balance. Cashback left unclaimed expires.
Ladies' Shop
Every £1 of cash you wager on bingo earns 1 Shop Coin, and every £10 of cash on slot games earns 1 more. Spend your coins in the Shop on free spins, bonuses and cash. Loyalty Points
Points come from promotions, bingo card purchases, chat games and instant games. They count as Bingo Bonus rather than Games Bonus, and you can swap them for bonus funds on your My Account page.
Free bingo tickets
Free bingo games need a registered account, and some also ask for a recent deposit. Any free ticket or free bingo voucher you have not used when you request a withdrawal is forfeited.
How Bonus Funds and Wagering Work
Bonus money and cash sit in separate balances, and under our terms only cash can ever be withdrawn. Your cash is always spent first, a bonus only comes into play once your cash balance is at zero, and both balances are shown in your account. A wagering requirement is the number of times you must wager a bonus before it turns into cash.
Bingo Bonus
Plays on bingo games only and carries a 2x wagering requirement. Winnings from tickets bought with Bingo Bonus go straight to your cash balance.
Games Bonus
Plays on instant games only and must be wagered ten times. Winnings build up in your Games Bonus balance and move to cash when the wagering is complete. If it is still incomplete when you withdraw, you forfeit all bonus funds and the winnings held in that balance.
The games bonus cap in practice
If a £10 Games Bonus generates £300 in winnings by the time its wagering requirement is complete, £110 moves to your cash balance, consisting of the original £10 bonus and £100 in winnings, and the remaining bonus winnings are forfeited. This cap does not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from restricted funds.
When bonuses are lost
If you do not log in for 5 consecutive days, your vouchers, free spins, bonus funds, chat points, loyalty points and Shop Coins are forfeited without further notice, together with any winnings not yet wagered through, and they are not refundable. Withdrawing any of your deposits before the wagering is met also forfeits the bonuses you held before that request.
How much a game counts towards wagering varies from game to game. If you would rather play without deposit bonuses, you can opt out of them, and you will then not take part in any deposit-related promotion, even one that is shown to you.

Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is £10, or the equivalent in another applicable currency, for every method. If you want to withdraw your entire balance and it is below this minimum, contact our support team. Unless our terms say otherwise, we pay withdrawals of cleared funds to the deposit methods you have already used, and if your total withdrawals exceed your total deposits, the difference goes to your preferred method. You can request a withdrawal of cleared cash once all deposits have cleared without being charged back, reversed or cancelled and our verification checks are complete to our reasonable satisfaction. Legal or regulatory requirements can prevent payment, as can an ongoing investigation into an error, malfunction, disconnection or suspected prohibited practice, or a completed investigation that was not decided in your favour.

These are the times we work to, and on some occasions verification procedures, technical issues or the actions of third parties mean a payment takes longer. Business days run Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Dormant accounts
An account with no activity for 12 months becomes dormant. At least 30 days before that happens, we will try to contact you with a reminder. If the account stays dormant, we deduct an administration fee of £5 a month until it becomes active again or its cash balance reaches zero.
Until we have all requested documents and have completed our checks to our reasonable satisfaction, we may restrict your account, including stopping transactions or withdrawals. If we cannot confirm that you own a payment method without supporting documents, we may ask for them before you can withdraw.
